1. General

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order through tinik.se. An agreement is concluded between you and tinik.se. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering and Agreement

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all information about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include 25% VAT. We offer secure payment via Stripe (Card payment). Shipping costs are added depending on the order's weight and destination, and are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on destination. We ship orders with the selected shipping company. To protect the environment, we primarily use recycled packaging material when shipping our products. If there are delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for any customs or import duties when purchasing from outside Sweden.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. If you have ordered a product that has been manufactured or customized according to your specific requests, such as a special design, unique color, or custom text/logo, the right of withdrawal expires when production begins.

6. Complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, and for visible transport damages, no later than 5 days after receiving the item.
